- Candidates must be under 40 years old.
- Candidates have a minimum GPA of 3.5 (4.0 scale) at the previous levels.
- Having good language skills inggiris to document a minimum IELTS score of 6.5, TOEFL paper-based test at least 580, TOEFL computer-based test a minimum of 230, or TOEFL IBT at least 92.
- For research-based study programs, candidates must write a proposal on why it needs and interests to study in Malaysia.
